- Many insurance companies offer discounts of up to 25% for vehicles equipped with secondary anti-theft systems such as CarRx. Discount availability and eligibility are determined solely by your insurance provider.
- The vehicle's location is private. Only vehicle owners registered with CarRx can view the vehicle's location in the secure CarRx mobile app. At the vehicle owner's request, and after a police report is filed, the CarRx Stolen Vehicle Recovery Hotline may share a stolen vehicle's location with law enforcement.
- Features vary based on your vehicle, model year, and the CarRx plan purchased. Depending on your vehicle and plan, features may include: - Live vehicle location - 24/7 US-Based Stolen Vehicle Recovery Support hotline with a team on standby to assist if needed - Smart Alerts for low battery, speeding, unauthorized movement outside designated boundaries, and more - Vehicle health information, such as check engine light severity, and other diagnostic information - Maintenance reminders - Recall notifications - Trip history - In-app service scheduling If you’re unsure which features are included with your plan, contact CarRx Support: https://www.carrx.com/contact-us/.
- You must register your CarRx app to receive your CarRx connected vehicle services. However, if you choose not to register your account during the registration period, CarRx connected vehicle services, such as stolen vehicle location, will be terminated to protect your privacy.
- You may choose to remove the CarRx device at any time. However, removing or disconnecting the device may disable some or all CarRx services, including stolen vehicle recovery and connected vehicle features. Before making any modifications, CarRx recommends contacting your selling dealership or CarRx support to understand how removal may affect the service included with your plan.
- If you choose not to activate your CarRx service during the registration period, the service is automatically deactivated to help protect your privacy. If you later have questions about your vehicle or your eligibility, our support team can assist you.

- Your CarRx service was purchased at your dealership based on your plan-year length and there are no additional fees during your plan. When your plan expires, you will have the option to renew to continue your CarRx services.
